Josh Colwell (He,Him), CRSW, Criminal Justice Recovery Supervisor

Josh is a person in long term recovery. He came to find recovery by walking through the
doors of the Rochester SOS after struggling with substance use disorder for a long period
of time which led him to have firsthand experience with the criminal justice system. Josh is

in different Recovery Community Organizations for the Recovery Corps program.

He supervises our Peer Strength program, him and the team facilitate an All-Recovery

and provide peer support for those participants. You can also find them in the basement at
The Strafford County Superior Court House working with people engaged with Strafford
County Community Corrections, Probation/Parole and Drug Court.
