Melissa is a person in long-term recovery from Substance Use and Mental Illness. She first came to SOS in 2018 as a member and volunteer, while living at Turning Point in Dover. Melissa has navigated her way through several pathways of recovery and the justice system. Melissa has two sons. She is an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. Melissa is local to the area and grateful to give back to her community. She is currently working towards her CRSW and will be continuing her education in the future working towards a degree in Social Work.
